Direct support is provided to system administrators who subscribe to FreeKey® / Voice Protect® support on managing their licenses. Support includes e-mail support in the use of this product and for general issues regarding the use of FreeKey® / Voice Protect® technology licenses. Our OEMs & developers will also be invited to the FreeKey® / Voice Protect® user group. Support for FreeKey® / Voice Protect® licensees are available via e-mail during business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM PST. You will have access to our developers, so your question will generally be resolved in one business day.
